Process Engineer (F/M/X)
About the positionResponsibilities• Design, plan, and perform process experiments and studies. • Develop and implement process improvements. • Define optimized process settings and conditions. • Research and investigate new methodologies. • Communicate effectively with technical and production personnel. Requirements• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from a four-year accredited college or university. • Other engineering or technical degrees from a four-year accredited college or university with chemical manufacturing experience will also be considered.• 3+ years of relevant work experience in process or industrial/manufacturing plant. • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and solve problems. • Ability to find and develop process improvements. • Knowledge of process optimization techniques. Nice-to-haves• Excellent communication skills. • Ability to assume responsibility for plant projects. • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
