About the positionResponsibilities• Managing and improving the in-house document review program• Performing document productions from Relativity Server 2024 and RelativityOne eDiscovery software systems• Supporting in-house and external users in use of Relativity software• Coordinating the processing of data with the in-house data processing team in Relativity software• Educating in-house colleagues and outside counsel on discovery-related issuesRequirements• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school• At least 3 years of experience in eDiscovery or litigation support• At least 3 years of experience with Relativity eDiscovery software• At least 3 years of experience managing teams of attorneys performing document reviewNice-to-haves• At least 5 years of experience in eDiscovery or litigation support• At least 5 years of experience with Relativity eDiscovery software• At least 5 years of experience managing teams of attorneys performing document review• Experienced performing large document productions out of Relativity software for all common production formats• Familiarity with developments in discovery law and technology• Effective oral and written communication skills in communicating status, timelines, risks, and potential red flags to stakeholders• Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment to meet deadlines• Detail oriented and organized with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks• Strong quantitative and analytical skillsBenefits• Comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being• Performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI) Apply tot his job
