PositionPublic Policy and Language SpecialistTypeContractCompensation$45–$60/hourLocationKoreaCommitment20+ hours/weekRole Responsibilities• Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex public policy frameworks into clear, structured rubrics for AI training.• Write fluently in both Korean and English, ensuring accurate terminology and nuanced expression across languages. • Provide cultural and policy insights unique to the public in Korea. • Work closely with reviewers and peers to refine content. • Collaborate independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance. Qualifications Must-Have• Native-level fluency in Korean with strong written and spoken English. • Degree in policy, political science, sociology, or a similar field.• 2–6+ years of experience in politics, public policy, think tanks, etc. • Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in policy writing, instructional design, or academic publishing. Preferred• Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development. • Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.
