Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced PMO Business Systems Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of our IT Governance and Lifecycle Management (LCM) processes, tools, and support efforts. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the effective application of our Governance and LCM across the enterprise and Enterprise Shared Services (ESS), providing training and support to stakeholders, and maintaining a knowledge base tools, templates, enables, and best practices. Additionally, they will have a sound understanding of process improvement and stakeholder management principles and practices and be able to apply this knowledge to support ongoing improvements.Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will assist in the development, improvement, and implementation of IT governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, risk management, and compliance requirements. IT Governance Framework• Assist in the development and improvement of IT governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, risk management, and compliance requirements. • Collaborate with business and IT leaders to ensure governance enables effective investment prioritization, decision-making, and measurable value delivery.• Contribute to the creation of governance dashboards, tools, and reporting that improve portfolio transparency and accountability. Lifecycle Management• Support the adoption and improvement of the BAE Systems enterprise-managed Life Cycle Management (LCM) process for project and product governance. • Assist in ensuring consistent use of the LCM framework across portfolios and integrate it into the digital operating model. • Contribute to the refinement of LCM practices to balance agility with rigor, ensuring enterprise compliance and business enablement.Team Support• Provide ad-hoc project support to the IT Governance Leadership team. • Assist in managing and coordinating tasks and projects. • Help foster a culture of enablement and adoption, ensuring governance and LCM standards are embraced as value-added enablers. Required Education, Experience, & Skills6+ years' work experience with Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders.• Basic knowledge of IT governance models, enterprise lifecycle management, and enterprise process frameworks. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills• Certification in project management, such as PMI-CAPM, PMI-PMP or PRINCE2. • Experience with ITIL and Agile methodologies. • Expert skills in stakeholder management and process improvement• Ability to create intuitive Dashboards for Executives andSenior leaders using MS Excel, Power BI, and ServiceNow• Ability to think creatively to find solutions.Pay InformationFull-TimeSalary Range: $94728 - $161038Please note:This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
