Pharmacy Intern

Role andResponsibilities:As a Pharmacy Intern, you will support day-to-day pharmacy operations under the supervision of licensed pharmacists.Your responsibilities include:• Provide exceptional customer service through remote and in-person interactions. • Assist pharmacists in achieving clinical and production goals for the department. • Support prescription processing, order entry, and verification tasks as permitted by law. • Monitor and maintain quality assurance standards in all pharmacy activities. • Assist in patient counseling, education, and medication management under pharmacist supervision. • Perform administrative and operational duties to ensure smooth daily workflow.• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies. Required Skills andExperience:• Currently enrolled in an accredited College of Pharmacy program. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to establish high-quality connections with patients and colleagues. • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and safety. • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical and retail environment. PreferredQualifications:• Previous pharmacy or healthcare experience. • Proficiency with pharmacy software systems and technology.• Good communication skills.
