You should be a passionate visual storyteller with the ability to create compelling designs that will support our broader business goals! In this role, you will be a key part of improving the member experience for our 20+ million members. What you’ll accomplish:• Create and design materials for various digital channels including email, web, and mobile applications for all member communications• Collaborates with internal teams to understand project assignments, target audience and intended message• Partners with content team to ensure designs visually present a consistent and compelling brand message• Manage multiple projects ensuring projects are completed on time but also produces high-quality design work• Present cohesive designs to stakeholders; implementing feedback and changes if necessary• Provide support to UX design and marketing team on special projectsWhat we’re looking for:• 5+ years of design experience across email, web, and mobile projects• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field preferred• Great technical skills in the Adobe Creative Suite — specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe XD• Experience with designing digital marketing assets, such as infographics, landing pages, email campaigns, social media ads, and/or Google ads• Desire to learn and grow knowledge of HTML, CSS and WordPress• Able to mentor and advise other colleagues on graphic design approaches and tools• Experience with brand needs in a growing company a plus• The ability to effectively collaborate with key stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into actionable designs and engaging content• Proficient problem-solving and project management skillsAbout PerkSpot:PerkSpot is the trusted employee discount platform that provides meaningful, personalized savings on the things that matter most.Our approach is simple, inspiring others to love where they work by offering the steepest, most intentional discounts on over 1,000 reputable brands.
