Job Description:• Efficiently scale our customer acquisition• Monitor and grow key performance indicators for user acquisition, customer activation, and customer lifetime value• Generate, source, edit, optimize, experiment with, and deploy creative to scale acquisition• Ship experiments and creative tests at a high velocity in collaboration with cross-functional partners to continuously improve performance• Establish foundational marketing processes and practices for scaling acquisition across existing and new channelsRequirements:• 3-6 years in performance marketing or user acquisition at a consumer startup (preferably consumer fintech) establishing and scaling paid advertising channels• Editing videos• Sourcing creative• Running ads across some or most of the following platforms, with a strong desire to learn how to operate with full proficiency across all of them.Channels: Social, Search, Display, CTV, Podcast, Direct Mail. Networks: Google, Apple, Meta, TikTok, DSP.
