People & Culture Operations Specialist

This role is central to ensuring operational excellence across the People & Culture function. The People & Culture Operations Specialist will manage and optimize HR processes, support system workflows, maintain data integrity, and ensure compliance throughout the employee lifecycle. Working closely with business leaders, HR partners, and internal teams, you will provide insights and guidance that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.The role requires hands-on expertise with HR systems, strong analytical and reporting skills, and the ability to drive projects that strengthen HR programs and processes. Accountabilities:• Serve as a key operational partner for HR and business leaders, providing guidance on complex HR programs and process improvements. • Maintain, audit, and ensure accuracy and compliance of employee data across HR systems.• Support configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of HR technology, collaborating with internal teams and vendors as needed. • Generate, analyze, and present workforce data and reports to inform operational and strategic decisions. • Lead or contribute to special projects such as compliance audits, performance review cycles, compensation processes, and organizational change initiatives. • Drive initiatives that improve HR operational efficiency, employee experience, and overall program effectiveness.Requirements:• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR or People & Culture operations. • Hands-on experience with HR systems, particularly Oracle HCM (Core HR, Absence, Performance, or related modules). • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with professionalism in handling sensitive information.• Experience supporting HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, including compliance, performance, and compensation initiatives.
