About the RoleThe People & Culture Social Media Strategist role at Digital Factory is 100% equity-based throughout your tenure.We are seeking a creative and strategic professional to develop and execute social media strategies that enhance our employer brand, attract top talent, and engage employees. This role will collaborate closely with HR, Marketing, and leadership teams to drive innovative campaigns that support recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational culture initiatives. What You'll Do• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote employer brand, attract top talent, and engage current employees.• Create, curate, and manage content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter). • Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to produce campaigns around recruitment, company culture, employee recognition, and internal initiatives. • Monitor social media metrics and analytics to assess performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns. • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective engagement strategies. • Manage and respond to social interactions in alignment with HR and company policies.• Support employer branding initiatives through storytelling, multimedia content, and campaign execution. • Provide guidance to HR teams on leveraging social media for recruitment and engagement purposes. • Perform other duties as assigned. What You Bring• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools. • Excellent content creation, writing, and storytelling skills. • Knowledge of HR and employer branding strategies. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.• Creative thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders. • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. • Prior experience managing social media campaigns, ideally in HR, recruitment, or employer branding. Bonus Points If You Have• Experience in HR technology, recruitment marketing, or talent acquisition.• Knowledge of analytics platforms and social media management tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.). • Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments. • Ability to develop long-term social media strategies aligned with business and HR objectives. CompensationThis opportunity is offered on an equity-only basis as we continue to scale. There is no salary or hourly compensation at this time.
