Initiates nursing care, healthteaching, and health counseling that supports life and restores well-being in an age-appropriate manner. Nursing care isperformed in accordance with the nurse practice act and under the direction and supervision of the appropriate clientrepresentative(s) in the assigned Adult Critical Care Unit.
