The Payroll Analyst plays an integral role by helping to ensure everyone gets paid accurately and on time.You will have a direct impact on the employee experience, system implementations, and have the opportunity to contribute to special projects. As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in compliance, audits and assist with building sustainable processes. What You'll Be DoingProcess end-to-end payroll for multi-state and/or international employees, including new hires, terminations, bonuses, and commissionsAudit timekeeping and attendance data while maintaining data integrity across multiple systems (e.g., Workday HCM, ADP payroll)Partner with HR and Finance on payroll-related journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closeCoordinate with People Operations, People Tech, and Benefit teams to ensure accurate employee data updatesEnsure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while supporting year-end processingGenerate payroll reports for audits and compliance needsRespond to payroll-related inquiries and continuously identify areas for process improvementWhat you should have2-4 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-state environmentStrong understanding of payroll best practices, tax regulations, and wage and hour lawsHigh attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information with integrityProficiency in various software applications (e.g., bolthires Suite and bolthires Excel)Preferred ExperienceExperience with ADP Workforce Now; Workday HCM experience is a plusExperience with international payroll and equity compensationBackground working in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentFamiliarity with benefits administration and time tracking integrationsThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 to $112,000 + equity + benefits.Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
