Job SummaryAs a Part Time Data Entry & Researcher Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales Associates by researching contact information, scheduling appointments, and performing general clerical duties. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and contribute to the success of our organization.Responsibilities* Researches contact information for potential clients to enter into marketing funnels, utilizing your exceptional research skills and attention to detail. * Sets up pre-designed mailings and email campaigns to researched potential clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution. * Makes introductory calls to potential clients to schedule meetings for Sales Associates, demonstrating your excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Performs general clerical duties, including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing, in a timely and accurate fashion.* Assists with special projects as assigned, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to learn. * Performs other related duties as assigned by management, demonstrating your commitment to excellence and high standards. Qualifications* High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience or education in a related field preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse individuals at all organizational levels. * Fast and accurate typing skills, with moderate knowledge of Excel, internet research, and email correspondence.* Commitment to excellence and high standards, with acute attention to detail and a strong work ethic. * Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow effectively. * Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees, demonstrating your teamwork and collaboration skills.
