Answer phones in a friendly manner using information scripts, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Greet customers, sign up new customers, and log amenities, ensuring a seamless onboarding process. Process transactions, including beverage or merchandise purchases, through our point-of-sale system, maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Promote our unique products and services to active and new customers, highlighting the benefits and value of our offerings. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe store environment, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation. Essential Qualifications Customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred, with basic computer proficiency and ability to learn our systems and processes. Must be 18 years of age or older, with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for long periods. Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn our point-of-sale system and other software applications. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a retail environment, with knowledge of sales, customer service, and store operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets. Basic knowledge of our products and services, with the ability to learn and promote our unique offerings. Physical Demands Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling, with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods, with frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching. Continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe store environment.
