Job Description:This job is responsible for developing and delivering Opportunity and Inclusion (O&I) solutions for the bank and consulting on complex O&I matters.Key responsibilities include leading major O&I projects, programs or processes with significant business impact involving cross-functional teams and/or organizations, possessing strong technical and functional O&I related acumen to serve as an SME to advise, consult, improve, and influence O&I outcomes, and influencing strategic direction and develop tactics to achieve O&I objectives across multiple businesses/functional groups. This role will support the execution of O&I strategy for Global Corporate & Investment Banking and provide additional support for Global Risk Management, Global Markets, Research and Sustainable Finance.Responsibilities:• Provides thought leadership and subject matter expertise to business leaders and Human Resources colleagues• Leads current Opportunity & Inclusion (O&I) initiatives, and primary point of contact for developing and delivering new initiatives to the line-of-business• Partners with enterprise-wide employee networks to deliver initiatives to line-of-business affinity groups• Manages executive participation in O&I events from invitation, to briefing, onsite support and follow up• Builds strong relationships & partners across the HR team, owning and executing the O&I-focused programs for the line of businessRequiredQualifications:• 7+ years of experience across HR or relevant business experience supporting O&I effort• Must have client management experience, preferably front-office/revenue generating• Sound judgment and strong communication skills• Strong project management experience and skills• Ability to partner and excel in a team environment• Proven data orientation and analytic skills, the ability to apply a combination of inductive and deductive reasoning to examine information, interpret results, arrive at logical conclusions, and recommend solutions• Financial services experience preferred• Current knowledge and understanding of Opportunity and Inclusion legislation and best practice (or a clearly demonstrated desire to build this knowledge)• Thrives in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment.Able to operate in an ambiguous environment or an environment where priorities may change quickly.
