Requirements / Responsibilities / Rewards• Contact clients who have requested information about their benefits.• Schedule and conduct in-depth virtual benefit reviews via Zoom. • Guide clients through their benefits enrollment process with clarity and care. • Complete a simple report card after each review to ensure quality service.
