Expectations/deliverablesManage time to be able to provide 5-8 hours (approx.) per week. Meet all project benchmarks and deadlines. Locate or create age-appropriate content that aligns with academic learning standards. Design age-appropriate activities that are competency-based, engaging and provide opportunities for connection and personalization.Build a detailed course outline using a template that aligns with the applicable learning standards. Utilize Quality Matters-aligned best practices throughout the course development process (including but not limited to ADA, DEI, and SEL). Locate/confirm that all content aligns with fair use and copyright guidelines. Attend and engage in professional development and Build Team sessions; apply learning to the course development process. Attend Team meetings to collect and provide feedback. Collaborate with the Build Team.Communicate effectively and in a timely manner.
