Job Description RequiredEducation: • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent work experience Required Experience/Skills: • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related discipline • Strong knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes • Experience working with cybersecurity or medical product data is a plus • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating sound professional judgment • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate data and systems based on factual analysis JobDuties: • Collaborate with the product cybersecurity and data teams to ingest, clean, and transform diverse datasets related to medical products • Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to business and technical stakeholders • Lead the development and optimization of BI tools and architecture across the enterprise • Partner with senior business and IT leaders to understand, gather, and prioritize data and reporting requirements • Solve complex technical and data challenges, ensuring high-quality, secure, and efficient data solutions • Define and implement performance tuning strategies (e.g., data filtering and indexing) to enhance BI tool performance and user experience • Develop testing methodologies and criteria to ensure data integrity and accuracy of BI solutions • Design and deliver training programs for end-users to promote self-service analytics and informed decision-making • Establish and enforce data governance standards, best practices, and documentation procedures • Develop and monitor data quality metrics to support enterprise-wide reporting and analytics • Stay current with emerging BI technologies and propose innovative solutions to support evolving business needs Industry: • Medical Device Manufacturing Estimated Start Date: • 10/6/2025 • Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.• Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.
