Job title: General Counsel and Chief Compliance OfficerCompany: Michael PageJob description: Reporting directly to the CEO, the GC/CCO will manage the firm's compliance program from top to bottom, handle legal matters pertaining to VC and Real Estate Investments, advise on all regulatory legal and compliance matters. The GC/CCO will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for managing the firm's compliance and legal functions.
