Job SummaryWe are seeking a sharp, data-driven Media Buyer whose experience has a heavy emphasis on digital performance buying across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). You’ll own the end-to-end process of planning, placing, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns to drive qualified traffic and maximize ROAS. While digital is the core, you’ll also bring hands-on experience in traditional media (especially TV) and direct media buying for podcasts including emerging audio/digital channels.This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on testing, iterating, and proving incremental ROI. ResponsibilitiesDigital Buying is 80%+ of the role, 20% will be traditional and premium video. • Lead buying strategy & execution on Google Ads (Search, PMAX, YouTube, Display) and Meta Ads Manager (FB/IG).• Build and manage audience targeting, creative testing frameworks, and budget allocation across campaigns. • Optimize in real-time using platform analytics, UTM tracking, and third-party tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Northbeam). • Ruthlessly prioritize ROAS and cost-per-qualified lead/acquisition — not vanity metrics. • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies. • Scale winning campaigns and kill underperformers fast. Traditional & Direct Buying (Hands-On Experience Required)• Execute TV media buys (linear, connected TV/CTV) with knowledge of GRP/TRPs, daypart mix, and reach/frequency modeling.• Negotiate and place direct podcast buys (host-read, programmatic audio, Spotify, etc.). • Manage direct partnerships with publishers, influencers, or niche media for sponsored content. • Available for one marketing meeting a week. And one 1:1 meeting per week with founder/CEO. QualificationsProven track record of scaling campaigns to $100K+/mo spend while hitting ROAS targets (e.g., 3x–5x+). Requirements• 2-5 years of Meta Ads Manager (Advantage+, CBO, dynamic creative)• 2-5 years of Google Ads (all campaign types, Smart Bidding, SA360)• 1-4 years of Budget Management• Analytical (MMM, incrementality testing, geo-lift)• Traditional MediaExperience: Direct involvement with TV buys and podcast sponsorship• Boosting UGC• Bid Strategies: tRoas, CAP, Maximize Conversions• Can Build a Performance Dashboard• Direct Negotiation Experience (RFPs, rate cards, added value, make-goods)Nice to Have• Agency or in-house brand experience (e-commerce, DTC, SaaS)• Familiarity with server-side tracking, SKAdNetwork, or privacysafe measurement• Experience withThe Trade Desk, DV360, or Amazon DSPAbout UsWe are the only athletic brand standing up for free speech & women’s sports.Get premium workout clothes from the only brand that supports fair competition for women.
