Marketing Strategist / Growth Manager (1–2 Hours/Week, Long-Term Potential) - Contract to Hire
A-Players Only. Luffy Energy. Mission-Impossible Execution. Billion-Dollar Ambition. We are a performance-driven creative marketing agency with a billion-dollar vision. Our goal is to build one of the most effective, culture-defining marketing companies on the planet. We’re in the early stages — meaning things are organized chaos (think Luffy from One Piece: heart, grit, loyalty, optimism… with structure underneath). We’re building a small, elite squad — a Mission Impossible–style team — and we’re looking for a Marketing Strategist / Growth Manager who can start part-time (1–2 hours/week) and grow into a core strategic role. This is not a “come in and run your own playbook” role. This is a co-architect role. Learn our system → Prove mastery → Co-build → Innovate → Help shape the future of the agency. And we want someone we’d actually hang with — someone we’d take mountain biking, someone who brings energy and curiosity, not ego.
