AboutThis OpportunityJoin a fast-paced marketing team driving growth across eCommerce, grocery, and digital channels.In this role, you'll lead data-driven strategies to optimize website performance, manage logistics around campaign execution, and oversee analytics to maximize ROI. You’ll guide a talented team, work closely with developers and agencies, and ensure all marketing initiatives deliver strong results across performance, UX, and brand. Responsibilities• Oversee the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across digital and eCommerce channels.• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideas and content plans, providing direction, feedback, and final approvals. • Work closely with developers to manage ongoing website projects — from small UX enhancements to major digital improvements. • Use analytics and A/B testing to continually optimise website performance, UX, and marketing initiatives. • Manage the relationship with the ad agency on performance marketing, ensuring campaigns meet goals and stay within budget. • Plan annual digital promotions, campaign calendars, and eDM schedules in alignment with business objectives.• Manage relationships with external partners, including digital and design agencies. • Support collaboration across teams — including sales, product, and operations — to deliver integrated marketing campaigns. • Provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and clear communication to support team development and alignment. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategy. • Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI, using insights to optimise initiatives. • Maintain brand reputation and consistency across all customer touchpoints.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within eCommerce or digital environments. • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Proven track record of delivering measurable results through effective campaign planning and execution. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and support cross-functional teams. • Experience with building marketing plans• Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo.• Understanding of customer segmentation and personalisation strategies. • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as bolthires Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent platforms.
