Learn more about our company at restorecollective.co/pages/who-we-areAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Marketing & Customer Communications Specialist who will take ownership of customer-facing communications, manage social media channels, and support design needs across the brand.You will be the voice of Restore Collective—creating content that inspires, informs, and strengthens relationships with our community. This is a virtual, remote-friendly role ideal for someone who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, organized, creative, and excited about working in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Communications• Develop, write, and schedule email campaigns that inform, inspire, and guide customers through the Restore Collective experience. • Manage customer communication flows, including product announcements, educational content, and retention sequences.• Analyze performance metrics for optimizations. • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels. • Collaborate with customer support to improve proactive communications and reduce confusion or friction points. Social Media Management• Plan, create, and publish daily content across all social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook). • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and identify opportunities to elevate community stories. • Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and growth.Content & Creative Support• Assist with asset creation including social posts, graphics, presentations, and campaign visuals. • Support design contractors with content briefs, creative direction, and feedback. • Maintain an organized digital content library. Graphic design experience is a major plus. Qualifications• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, social media management, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications• Exceptional written communication skills with a strong command of brand voice and narrative.• Experience managing social media content calendars and publishing tools. • Experience thriving in fast-moving and ambiguous environments. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva and Google Suite preferred.
