Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Marketing & Advertising Specialist to support our nonprofit-focused campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who has a proven track record working exclusively with nonprofit organizations to build awareness, engage communities, and drive measurable impact using Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. If you do not have direct experience working with nonprofits, please do not apply. Responsibilities• Develop and execute paid and organic campaigns tailored for nonprofit audiences.• Manage, monitor, and optimize ad performance across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. • Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and short-form video content designed for nonprofit missions. • Track campaign analytics and prepare performance reports, focusing on KPIs that matter to nonprofits (engagement, reach, donations, sign-bolthires, event attendance, etc.). • Provide strategic recommendations to maximize limited nonprofit advertising budgets. • Stay current with nonprofit marketing trends and best practices for social media advertising.Qualifications• Must have demonstrable experience working with nonprofit organizations (campaigns, case studies, or portfolio required). • Proficiency in running targeted ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. • Strong understanding of nonprofit audiences, including job categories, service types, and stakeholder groups. • Ability to create drill-down marketing and advertising plans customized to nonprofit program areas. • Proven success optimizing ads for conversions such as donations, sign-bolthires, or program participation.• Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging short-form content. • Excellent communication and reporting skills. Preferred Skills• Knowledge of nonprofit job categories and service types (e.g., housing, food security, healthcare, family services, etc.). • Experience designing multi-layered marketing strategies that drill down into program areas. • Expertise with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok campaign management (these platforms are a must).
