There is no cap on earnings. We'd Love to Hear From You if You Have:• An active and unrestricted Texas real estate license and are located in the Greater Dallas/Fort Worth area• 3+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents• A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets• Demonstrated ability to effectively recruit and coach a team, develop skills, and produce results• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and verbal#LI-Remote #LI-BO1 Apply tot his job
