RequirementsWhat It Takes to Win inThis RolePlease only apply if you meet the following qualifications:• Proven experience in high-ticket closing (preferably via Zoom)• A confident, professional, and grounded presence on video calls• High levels of emotional intelligence and authenticity• Highly driven, with consistent routines and follow-up systems• A service-minded, ethical approach-you do the right thing for the client, not just the sale• Comfortable working 100% commission-based and being paid based on results• Reliable phone and high-speed internet access• Available for team meetings at 11 AM ET on Monday and Thursday• Looking for a long-term, full-time opportunity, not a side gig or in-between role• Aligned with our mission of helping women grow in love and confidenceSchedule:Some evening and weekend availability is required as part of a full-time schedule.Flexibility and reliability are essential.
