Your main responsibilities include:• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email with accuracy and timeliness. • Assist with account settings, product information, orders, returns, and refunds. • Handle escalations with empathy and professionalism. • Use internal tools to research and resolve issues in real time. • Follow standard operating procedures while ensuring compliance with company policies.• Accurately document customer interactions in the system. • Work with team leads and managers to identify trends, provide feedback, and improve service processes. Required Skills andExperience:• High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Basic computer proficiency and ability to work across multiple systems. • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.• Quiet and distraction-free workspace for remote roles.
