We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of Fast Team Technician on our growing team. About The Role: As a Fast Team Technician at Digacore Consulting, LLC, the candidate will be responding to entry level ticket requests and working them to a resolution, while escalating when appropriate. The position includes remote troubleshooting and may require some field work. Responsibilities include regular communication with clients throughout the ticket resolution process. The individual must possess excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly disposition towards clients. The position requires the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with a true sense of urgency and the capability to multi-task, prioritize, time manage and take full ownership of responsibilities.
