Position : Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Project Manager - RemoteLocation : Raleigh Durham, NCDuration : 06 MonthsTotal Hours/week : 40.001st ShiftClient : Medical Devices CompanyJob Category : ProfessionalLevel of Experience :Senior LevelEmployment Type : Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens or GC Holders or GC EAD or OPT or EAD or CPT)Job Description• The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Project Manager is a highly experienced and skilled professional who is responsible for leading and identifying opportunities to integrate the Salesforce environments of two business after an acquisition.• They will use their knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies to work with stakeholders within this organization to document and understand current processes and support the development roadmap for the integration of the enterprise application. To Be Successful InThis Role,The Ideal Candidate• Is forward thinking — developing and implementing processes and technology for a 5+ year vision• Thrives in ambiguity• Executive level presentation skills with financial impact story telling capabilities (money belt) • Demonstrates a consultative approach to problem solving• Effectively communicates — successfully managing up to the executive level and down and across to the collaborator and subject matter expert level• Understands how to streamline complex processes and drive technology and process transformation using tailored facilitation, influencing, and change management skills.• Proactively partners and influences team members across a highly matrixed organization. • Has strong skills to manage leadership audiences, set expectations, and influence both goals and results. • Experience running LSS projects with both knowledge systems and physical processes• Creates well-rounded, scalable, governance models and reasons for large scale improvements. • Experience supporting the implementation of Salesforce platform. • Ability to rapidly adapt to new business problems and understand complex processes• Has experience driving both long-term initiatives (e.g., 12+ months) and rapid process improvements (e.g., 1 week)• The individual may also be responsible for training and mentoring other employees on Lean Six Sigma principles.Responsibilities• Map current state of the business to identify opportunities to drive synergies leveraging process and technology changes for the Salesforce integration. • Identify and eliminate waste in knowledge systems and physical processes• Improve processes to eliminate complexity and reduce costs• Train and mentor other employees on Lean Six Sigma principles• Work with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals• Gather and analyze data to identify root causes of problems• Communicate project status and results to stakeholders• Ability to communicate financial impact of a continuous improvement initiative.• Stay up-to-date on Lean Six Sigma best practicesQualificationsMust haves• Experience with Salesforce deployments, migrations and/or integrations. • Experience working with Salesforce’s custom applications. • 4+ years in a related and highly regulated industry such as Healthcare, Health-tech, Finance, Fin-tec, pharmaceuticals, medical device or Technology• 2+ years of experience in Lean Six Sigma running large scale projects and cross functional Kaizen events or Agile Project Management. • Experience with Salesforce, ideally supporting the development of custom applications.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a teamNice To haves• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Agile Scum Master Certification• Experience in using transactional Lean Six Sigma capabilities in the services space (Implementation,Professional services, contact centers, sales, commercial operations)• Extensive knowledge and expertise using applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Power tools• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Bachelor’s degree in related field Apply tot his job
