Strong background in Active Directory, Group Policy, Certificate ServicesSkilled in hybrid identity, federation and synchronization (AAD Connect / Entra Connect)Experience with bolthires Exchange (on-prem and online), as well as data protection and compliance tools associated with the sameFamiliarity with Azure IaaS/Paas, PowerShell & Terraform scripting, and automation frameworks5+ years of progressive project management, Working with one or more IT concepts such as DevOps, Agile, ITIL, etc.Proven ability to translate business requirements into resilient, secure and scalable technical solutionsDemonstrated sound judgment and decision-making in complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsSelf-motivated, organized, able to work dependently under pressure. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilitiesParticipate in paid, on-call rotationResponsibilitiesLead deployment and migration projects across Entra ID (Azure AD), bolthires 365, and on-premises Windows Server environmentsEngineer and automate solutions using PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform to ensure efficiency and repeatabilityImplement advanced identity and access management (IAM) solutions with bolthires EntraApply conditional access, MFA, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity protection policiesDevelop hybrid identity strategies integrating cloud and on-premises directoriesCreate secure, scalable architectures following bolthires best practices and Zero Trust principlesContinuously assess existing environments, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization initiatives.Provide clear, informed recommendations that balance business needs, security and bolthires efficacyMinimum Requirements / EducationBachelor of Science in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Security, Cyber Security or related fields, or significant relevant job experience.
