Laboratory Operations Specialist
About the positionResponsibilities• Ensure all laboratory functions are carried out efficiently. • Manage equipment, inventory control, and facility maintenance. • Maintain compliance documentation. • Support the Manager, Laboratory Operations in daily tasks. Requirements• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related discipline). • 3-5 years of laboratory experience. • Strong understanding of lab operations, equipment management, inventory control, and compliance documentation.• Experience with vendor service agreements and equipment maintenance schedules. • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. • Proficiency in bolthires Office, LIMS, and other laboratory management systems. • Experience in regulated environments (CLIA, CAP, GMP) preferred. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
