Key Account Manager, Discounters is responsible for customers from the given channel of distribution, achieving sales goals, managing the customer's budget, preparing promotional campaigns, execution and settlement, cooperation with finance, marketing and operational departments of Sodastream. Key Account Manager role includes the following responsibilities:· Managing relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with important clients. • Acting as the main point of contact for key accounts. • Identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue within key accounts. • Building strong, trust-based relationships with key clients. · Negotiating Sales Terms with key accounts: Lead the negotiation process for commercial terms with clients, ensuring agreements that benefit both the company and the customers.• Handling price negotiations and agreement renewals. • Aligning account strategies with the overall business strategy. • Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities within key accounts. • Providing insights and feedback to internal teams based on market analysis. · Collaboration with Internal Departments: Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure the best sales outcomes and seamless customer service. • Planning and executing promotional activities and campaigns for key accounts.• Coordinating with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion of products. • Measuring the impact of promotional activities on sales and customer engagement. · Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth. Analysing the territory/market's potential, tracking sales and status reports· Drive process improvements: Providing solutions to align with pain points of various customers· Any other duties appropriate to the position.Requirements:· At least 5 years of experience in managing key organized accounts and knowledge of the specifics of the Discount Retail Segment· Success in building long-term relationships with customers, supported by examples of specific business projects with customers form the Discount Retail Segment in Poland· Proven track record of significantly exceeding targets and expectations· Entrepreneurial skills and goal orientation· Highly developed competences: communication, negotiation, presentation, analytical and financial· Thinking outside the box, focus on finding solutions and innovation· Ability to manage the complexity of business· Experience in managing and running processes and projects· Very good organizational skills, independence and multitasking· Higher education: Management, Marketing (or related)· Very good knowledge of English (min.B2)· Polish is a must· Driving license category B.
