Job Description: As a Zoho Specialist Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining system strategic solutions using the Zoho platform.
Our team has a focus on providing our clients with 'Evergreen' Zoho system solutions. We focus on implementation of system solutions using native Zoho solutions & implementations with a system strategist business process first approach. This means we minimise coding of our clients' solutions, preferring where possible to implement solutions with minimal code.
You will work closely with our client strategy team to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on how to leverage Zoho apps to achieve their objectives. You will also collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure that our system solution is scalable, reliable, and efficient.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop system strategy solutions using the Zoho platform
- Provide expert guidance on Zoho functionality and best practices
- Collaborate with our client team to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Work closely with other developers and stakeholders to ensure that our system solutions are scalable, reliable, and efficient
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Zoho applications
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Zoho developments and technologies
- Always solution with Zoho evergreen solutions first.
- Quality Scoping and documentation including written and flow chart mapping.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Highly Regarded: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience developing solutions using the Zoho platform; know the latest platform.
- Solid understanding of Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho SalesIQ, Zoho Bookings and Zoho Forms
- Proficiency in Deluge script, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL; with understanding code is a last resort with implementation.
- Experience with web services and APIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Scoping and flowchart mapping skills
