Job Summary
We are looking for a Zoho Automation Specialist to serve as the architect behind our business efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex manual processes into streamlined, automated workflows that drive growth. You will join a forward-thinking team where your technical expertise directly impacts our scalability and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom end-to-end automation solutions across the Zoho One suite, with a primary focus on Zoho CRM.
- Write complex Deluge scripts to connect various Zoho applications and handle data manipulation.
- Create and maintain sophisticated workflows, blueprints, and custom functions to automate lead routing, sales processes, and reporting.
- Architect and manage API integrations between Zoho and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow.
- Troubleshoot system bottlenecks and optimize existing configurations for peak performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Zoho Developer or Automation Specialist.
- Mastery of the Zoho One ecosystem, specifically Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Creator.
- Proficient in Deluge scripting and deep understanding of Zoho’s API structures.
- Proven track record of building automated workflows that solve real-world business problems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to map out complex logic flows.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Zoho Certified Creator or Specialist certifications.
- Experience with Zoho Analytics for advanced data visualization.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment.
