About your tasks:
- Managing the IT internal onboarding sessions of new joiners to enable a good start with warm welcome and creating a "one-IT" feeling.
- Own the documentation process for onboarding and offboarding external employees – ensuring contracts, NDAs, and onboarding steps are complete, ensuring to revoke accesses at the end of the collaboration.
- Ensuring good time booking rate and accurate data for capitalization for all IT employees (internal and external), support in budgeting and controlling processes.
- Designing and processing surveys for all-IT including following up on the results.
- Organizing IT communication meetings and events.
About you:
- You’re currently enrolled in a university program and seeking real-world IT experience.
- You’re structured, curious, and comfortable taking initiative.
- You’re confident reaching out to others and tracking task progress.
- You’re eager to learn tools like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Confluence and Jira.
