Workday Finance Consultant - W2 - Contract - Remote - US

Role: Workday Finance Consultant Location: US Remote Duration:Long term Type: Contract -W2 What You’ll Be Doing • Configuring and enhancing key Workday Financials modules: Financial Accounting, Banking & Settlement, Supplier/Customer Accounts, Expenses, Business Assets, and Projects. • Owning FDM setup — dimensions, hierarchies, accounting rules, validations, reporting structures. • Supporting period close, journal processes, allocations, settlements, and reconciliations. • Building Advanced/Composite/Matrix reports, dashboards, and calculated fields tailored for finance needs. • Working with SMEs to translate finance workflows into workable Workday configurations. • Handling EIBs, Core Connectors, integrations, and release testing. What We are Looking For • 10+ years experience with 5+ years focused on Workday Financials. • Strong hands-on work in at least 3–4 modules (FA, Banking, AP/AR, Projects, Expenses, Assets, Procurement). • Solid understanding of finance operations: period close, invoicing, payments, assets, allocations. • Good experience with EIBs, calculated fields, reporting, and data mapping.
