THE ROLE
We’re looking for a high-agency operator to build and run the delivery engine behind all the incredible work we do.
This is not a project management role - this is about owning execution at a company level.
Reporting to the COO, You’ll sit at the center of how Third operates, connecting strategy, creative, media, and production into one system.
You’ll be responsible for how we deliver across livestream, affiliate, paid media, and creative — and ultimately, whether our work lands with clients and drives real outcomes.
We want someone who moves fast, builds systems that scale, and raises the bar across everything we ship.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Delivery OrganizationBuild, lead, and mentor a high-performing & innovative delivery team across all delivery areas.
Own resourcing, capacity planning, and delivery forecasting across all workstreams
Design systems and workflows that enable high-quality output at scale
Establish clear production standards and QA processes across teams
Step into key client moments — owning delivery conversations and resolving issues when needed
Affiliate ProgramsOwn and build Third’s affiliate engine as a core revenue driver
Define how we approach affiliate strategy, creator partnerships, and program execution
Build and lead a high-performing affiliate team
Continuously optimize performance through testing, measurement, and iteration
Paid MediaLead and develop the paid media function across TikTok and Meta
Define what great paid looks like in a social commerce model — where media, creative, and affiliates work together
Guide the team on channel strategy, audience structure, and testing approach
Stay ahead of platform changes and identify where we go next
LivestreamOwn the quality and consistency of livestream and creative output
Build repeatable frameworks that allow us to scale production without losing quality
Ensure all work aligns with platform best practices and client expectations
Turn performance data into clear insights that improve future output
Performance Creative + Short-Form VideoEnsure creative quality, on-time delivery, and alignment with client briefs and platform best practices.
Build and maintain a roster of production talent, editors, and creators to support volume demands.
Apply a rigorous, test-and-learn approach to creative, building feedback loops that improve output over time.
Commerce OperationsEnsure commerce shops are created, built and managed with a high degree of quality control and attention to detail.
Build and maintain a roster of 24/7 shop specialists to manage and monitor shop operations and customer service.
Seek to leverage AI to improve quality and outcomes.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR8–12+ years experience in delivery, production, operations, or similar roles in a fast-moving environment
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across creative, video, and digital
Strong understanding of how creative, paid media, and affiliates connect in a modern commerce model
Proven ability to build systems that scale without slowing teams down
Comfortable leading client conversations and handling high-pressure situations
Strong track record of hiring and developing operators and creative talent
Experience leading teams where measuring capacity, time and quality matters – and happens via systems or platforms

LOCATION
U.S.-based, remote or hybrid
COMPENSATION
• Base salary: $150,000– $175,000, commensurate with experience
• Performance bonus eligibility
