Link Teletherapy is seeking a friendly, student‑centered Virtual School OT to support learners in a remote educational setting. You’ll help students strengthen the fine motor, sensory, and executive functioning skills they need to participate confidently in school routines, while collaborating with a supportive, therapist‑focused team.

What You’ll Do
• Complete virtual OT assessments
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Support fine motor, sensory, and executive functioning needs
• Partner with teachers and families to integrate strategies into daily routines
• Work with students with autism and other disabilities
• Participate in case management and care‑plan development
• Document progress and maintain accurate records
What You Bring
• Strong understanding of OT principles and functional school‑based skills
• Ability to design effective, individualized care plans
• 1–2 years of school‑based OT experience required (virtual preferred)
• Active California OT license
• Friendly, collaborative communication style
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
