Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing productivity and ensuring smooth operations within our organization.
Duties
- Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Perform proofreading and editing of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives, handling confidential information with discretion.
- Manage front desk responsibilities virtually, including responding to inquiries and directing communications appropriately.
- Maintain computer literacy by utilizing various software applications for data management and communication.
- Support office operations by performing clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members; bilingual skills are a plus for enhancing client interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Experience as a dental receptionist or front desk clerk is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $23.44 - $25.90 per hour
