Job Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in video production and post-production. We are greatly increasing her content output and we are looking for multiple editors who understand modern editing, comedic timing, strong storytelling, and a creative eye. We are interested in people who can take raw footage and edit it into some of the best content on YouTube. We are looking for part time, full time, remote, and local. Everyone can apply. Pay is based on each project (shorts is a different rate than podcast which is a different rate than main channel etc). Duties • Edit raw footage into polished Main Channel "Rosanna Pansino" Videos, "Rodiculous" Podcasts & cut downs for Shorts/TikToks. • Collaborate with directors and producers to understand project goals and creative direction. • Incorporate motion graphics, sound effects, and music to enhance video storytelling. • Conduct photo editing as needed to support video content. • Manage post-production workflows, ensuring all assets are organized and accessible. • Stay updated on industry trends and techniques in video editing and graphic design. Qualifications • Required: STRONG knowledge of editing in Premiere Pro. • Understand modern editing, comedic timing & strong storytelling. • Strong understanding of post-production processes including color grading and sound design. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. • Strong communication skills. • A portfolio showcasing previous work in video editing is highly desirable. The ideal candidate is someone who is willing to learn and is excited to work on a growing channel. We are looking to not only post more videos but also elevate the quality beyond what we're currently doing. We are focused on editors who have a passion for the type of content we make and are bringing fresh ideas on how to make the videos even better.
