Syngenta Seeds is one of the world’s largest developers and producers of seed for farmers, commercial growers, retailers, and small seed companies. The Vegetable Seeds Legal Counsel will advise and lead transactional legal matters to mitigate risks and increase profitability. They will represent Global Headquarters and support the delivery of strategic objectives.
Requirements
- A law degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law and in good standing in at least one jurisdiction in the US.
- At least 5+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience.
- Exposure in a commercial environment to commercial, intellectual property, data privacy, product liability, and real estate.
- Ability to think creatively, function independently, and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
