UX Designer - UX Design, Figma, Site Migration (LC9-18301471)

About the position Responsibilities • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and other design tools. • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience. • Oversee the design process for website migrations, ensuring a seamless transition and enhanced user experience. • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and quality across all digital platforms. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes. Requirements • Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects. • Proficiency in UX design tools, particularly Figma. • Experience in site migration projects and understanding of design systems. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Nice-to-haves • Experience in UI Design and familiarity with WordPress.
