Summary
Job Type: Contract (with potential for long-term engagement) - Full Time
:
We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Product Manager / Product Owner who lives at the intersection of product strategy, modern AI tooling, and process automation. This isn't a "ticket-shuffler" PM role. We need someone who can architect how our teams work, not just what they ship.
You'll own product delivery end-to-end: from discovery and design through technical execution, automation of internal workflows, and ensuring on-time releases. If you genuinely enjoy figuring out how to digitize a messy manual process, plug the right AI tool into it, and ship a polished product on top, we want to talk.
' :
• Own product roadmaps, requirements, and delivery timelines across one or more product lines.
• Identify manual or inefficient internal processes and digitize/automate them using modern AI tools and workflow platforms.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work directly with engineering, design, and QA, and review code-level decisions when needed.
• Define and track product metrics, sprint health, and delivery KPIs.
• Lead product design decisions (UX flows, wireframes, design reviews) in collaboration with designers.
• Coordinate releases through our CI/CD pipeline and ensure smooth deployments.
• Research user needs and write clear product specs for the engineering team to build from.
-
• 3-4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner (or equivalent PM certifications).
• Computer Science / Engineering degree or diploma (or demonstrable technical equivalent).
• Strong fluency with modern AI tools. You actively use them in your daily PM workflow (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Notion AI, Zapier/Make AI, etc.) and stay current with what's new.
• Solid technical foundation. Comfortable reading code, understanding APIs, basic SQL, and how systems talk to each other.
• Process operations mindset. You can map a workflow, spot inefficiency, and design a better system around it.
• Coding familiarity. Basic API integrations, basic scripting, understanding of webhooks and workflow automations (no need to be a dev, but you should not be intimidated by a code editor).
• Product design ownership. Comfortable making UX/UI decisions, reviewing Figma files, and owning the product vision visually.
• Strong portfolio or documentation samples. PRDs, roadmaps, case studies, or before/after process improvements you can share.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
