In this role, you'll work directly with clients to identify vacation opportunities, recommend travel solutions, and assist with securing travel arrangements that align with their goals and preferences. From luxury escapes and all-inclusive resorts to cruises and international adventures, you'll help travelers confidently plan their next getaway.

What You'll Do
Connect with prospective and existing clients to discuss travel interests and vacation goals
Recommend travel experiences that match client preferences, timelines, and budgets
Present vacation packages, cruise options, accommodations, and destination opportunities
Assist with booking arrangements, travel documentation, and itinerary planning
Follow up with clients to answer questions and provide planning support
Coordinate reservation details with travel suppliers and industry partners
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and booking information
Monitor travel promotions, supplier offers, and destination updates
Build strong client relationships through professional and responsive service
Help create a positive experience throughout the planning and booking process
Qualifications
Interest in sales, customer engagement, hospitality, or travel services
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable building relationships and interacting with clients
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Basic proficiency with computers, online systems, and communication tools
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
Must be at least 18 years old
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
Previous industry experience is not required; training is available
