Whether coordinating resort stays, cruises, guided tours, family vacations, or international trips, you'll help ensure every reservation is handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Assist travelers with booking accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, and vacation packages
Review traveler preferences and help identify options that align with their needs and budget
Process reservation requests and monitor booking progress
Coordinate confirmations, itinerary updates, and travel documentation
Communicate with clients regarding travel details, schedules, and reservation information
Work with supplier partners to verify availability and finalize arrangements
Maintain accurate booking records and organized client files
Respond to travel-related inquiries and provide reservation support
Stay informed about supplier offerings, destination updates, and special promotions
Help ensure a smooth and positive booking experience from inquiry through confirmation
Qualifications
Interest in customer service, reservations, hospitality, tourism, or travel-related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
