Job description: Position SummaryUnder direct supervision, performs a variety of computer systems administration and support tasks, including analyzing, constructing, documenting, testing, maintaining, troubleshooting and supporting PC hardware, operating systems, software applications, peripherals, audio/video equipment and smart phones for the entire organization as well as third party contracted organizations. Performs a variety of project tasks and requires good communication skills with the ability to work with end users diplomatically and skillfully to resolve IT related requests in a prompt and competent manner. Performs the full range of work assigned to this class and to work with some independence and initiative. At this level, work is rarely complex in nature. Performs training, maintenance and operation of the Public Safety Outdoor Warning and Emergency Alert System as needed.

Regular full-time employees accrue eight (8) hours per month with a maximum accrual of 960 hours.VACATION LEAVE RETIREMENT
All Regular Full-Time employees and Elected Officials are required to participate in the County Retirement Plan upon completion of one (1) month of continuous employment. A pre-tax deduction of 8.25% will be deducted from the employee's monthly pay.EMPLOYER MEDICAL CONTRIBUTION
