We are entering the foundation phase and are looking for a motivated, experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This is In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for technology and consulting positions, including ERP (SAP, Workday, Coupa), Cloud, AI/Data Analytics, Digital, and Salesforce roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers, account managers, and candidates to build a strong talent pipeline and deliver top talent for global client engagements.
The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding — with a focus on high-quality candidate experience and business outcomes. This role requires expertise in technical hiring, staffing for both contract and permanent roles, and leveraging sourcing tools and recruitment platforms effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and consulting roles across ERP, Cloud, AI, Digital, and emerging technologies.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and hiring strategy.
Proactively source candidates using job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and recruitment databases.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate technical assessments, panel interviews, and client submissions.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring staffing and permanent needs.
Negotiate offers, contracts, and pay rates with candidates and vendors.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and labor laws.
Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health).
Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices within the team.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in IT services or staffing firms
Strong knowledge of recruiting in ERP (SAP, Workday, Oracle), Salesforce, Coupa, Cloud, AI/Data, and Digital roles
Expertise in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms
Proven success in hiring for contract, C2C, and permanent positions
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
