The Opportunity:
The Systems Operations Analyst will provide critical technical support in maintaining and improving our business systems and operational workflows. This role involves troubleshooting system issues, resolving backend errors, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across multiple platforms. Your work ensures that our systems run efficiently, helping internal teams and operational processes function without disruption.
This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve system errors and operational issues
Troubleshoot backend processes and integrations between systems
Work with APIs, data mappings, and system workflows
Identify root causes of recurring technical or operational problems
Coordinate with software vendors and internal teams to resolve issues
Clean up and validate operational data
Reconcile reports across systems to identify discrepancies
Analyze inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions
Lead or support projects from initiation through completion, managing timelines, priorities, and stakeholder communication
Support implementation and improvement projects
Assist with testing system updates and workflow changes
Document processes, findings, and resolutions clearly
Follow up consistently to ensure issues are fully resolved
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
Provide clear updates and status tracking on issues/projects
Work collaboratively across departments
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Experience working with APIs and system integrations
Ability to troubleshoot backend/system issues
Experience with Microsoft-based environments and business applications
Strong Excel skills
Data reconciliation and cleanup experience
Understanding of relational data and workflows
Project management experience, including planning, tracking, and seeing initiatives through to completion
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent follow-up and accountability
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects/issues simultaneously
Able to investigate independently and escalate appropriately
Strong English comprehension and written/verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of conversations, data records, files, and other vital information
Education and Experience:
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform a plus
SQL or Power BI knowledge a plus
Experience with operational systems or claims/insurance platforms a plus
Experience working with ticketing systems and issue tracking a plus
Service Fee:
Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.
Hours:
US Eastern Standard Time (EST) – 9am to 6pm
