🖍️ This role

As a Supplier Success Manager, NZ, you'll own the moment a supplier goes from signed to live, active, and performing on our New Zealand Repair Network. You report to the Director of Customer Success and sit at the centre of the NZ supply team.

Once Sales signs a supplier, you take the handoff and make the relationship real: get them fully integrated and listing live inventory, drive day-to-day adoption and engagement, and hold them accountable to strong performance standard, so repairers can find the right part, see accurate availability, and trust the supplier on the other side.

This is a hands-on, commercial and operational role, not a back-office account-admin seat. If you like getting suppliers unstuck, living in the detail of how a network actually performs, and being the person suppliers know and rely on, this role is built for you.
