Staffing Office Asst, HORC Contingent Evening Weekends

POSITION SUMMARY: To support the functions of a Patient Care Center by providing informational support and educational services related to staffing, Float Pool employees, API, and general Patient Care Services Support. EDUCATION: Two year college or Business Degree or comparable experience. EXPERIENCE: Prior administrative experience. SPECIAL SKILLS: Computer literacy. Good organizational skills. Ability to work independently. Ability to communicate effectively (oral and in writing). Ability to effectively interact with customers to meet their needs. Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment. Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and work schedule. Ability to set priorities, make effective decisions, and respond quickly to customer's needs. Ability to recognize and deal with problematic situations and to prioritize. Uses discretion in confidential matters.
