About the position Responsibilities • Analyze operational processes related to stormwater management and fences & gates services. • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes. • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions. • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations analysis or a similar role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Nice-to-haves • Experience in the home improvement or retail industry. • Familiarity with stormwater management regulations. • Project management experience.
